Born and raised in Colorado, Jeff VanderWal is a non-traditional industry entrepreneur. After 20 years of cultivating and improving the way in which vehicles are retailed to consumers, Jeff has developed an industry-changing approach and business model within the retail automotive space.
With a natural affinity for the automotive industry and a default for providing value to customers, Jeff began an automotive consulting company in 2003. In 2017, after fourteen years in business, Jeff founded ClearShift and transitioned from a private buying and leasing service to a consumer-facing automotive group. Jeff is currently the CEO of the ClearShift Companies, which is one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the country. Jeff is an active commercial real estate, small business, and nonprofit investor.
After a radical encounter with Jesus in 2018, Jeff followed God’s call to change the automotive industry through Kingdom principles, discipleship, and day-to-day interaction with consumers and employees. Jeff is passionate about helping entrepreneurs maximize their calling and purpose in business through faith and a relationship with Jesus in very practical ways.
Jeff has become an industry leader in technology-based sales as well as an advocate for Kingdom social impact. Jeff graduated from Charis Bible College (2022) and lives in Franktown, Colorado with his wife of 18 years, Jen and their two children.
